A: The rear logos in our bundles are digitally printed. We use digital printing for rear logos because embroidery is not well-suited for the back of most garments. Digital printing provides a smooth, high-quality finish that maintains the comfort and durability of the fabric.

Should I Size Up or Down for Your Embroidered Workwear?

A: Our embroidered workwear is designed to fit true to size. We recommend ordering your usual size for the best fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, you may consider sizing up. Please refer to our sizing guide for specific measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

What Are Embroidery Frame Marks and How Can I Remove Them?

​

A: Embroidery frame marks are slight indentations or impressions left on fabric after being held in an embroidery hoop or frame during the stitching process. While we strive to remove these marks before shipping your embroidered workwear and uniforms, they can sometimes reappear until the garment is washed. These marks are not permanent and can be easily removed. Simply washing the garment according to the care instructions will typically eliminate the frame marks. Alternatively, lightly steaming or ironing the area on a low setting, with a cloth placed between the iron and the fabric, can help smooth out the indentations.
